Every piece of equipment has its own requirements. The frequency of use, the number of users, accessibility and technical constraints directly influence the type of intervention required. We travel throughout Brussels to work on various types of equipment:
- Domestic lifts
- Residential building lifts
- Lifts for hotels, shops and professional buildings,
- Service lifts for shops and businesses.
To ensure the optimal operation of your residential and professional lifts, our team of certified technicians offers the following services:
Lift installation
We support you in the installation of new lifts, taking into account the building’s configuration, intended use and technical constraints. The choice of equipment, its integration and commissioning are carefully studied to guarantee a practical, secure solution adapted to your needs.
Preventive maintenance and servicing
A well-maintained lift has a lower risk of breakdown and offers better user comfort. We offer servicing and maintenance contracts preventive adapted to buildings, co-ownerships, property managers and professional buildings. This follow-up allows us to anticipate malfunctions and check sensitive components.
Lift modernisation
Over time, a lift can become less comfortable, slower, noisier or more prone to breakdowns. To improve its reliability, we advise you on the most relevant work: replacement of parts, control system improvements, technical upgrades or adapting the equipment to safety requirements.
Compliance upgrades
We also carry out compliance upgrades for your lift to secure the equipment and ensure its proper operation. Once the installation is correctly secured, a certificate of compliance will be issued according to the framework provided for the intervention.
