5. Who can receive my data?

In addition to our company, the only partners who may receive your personal data are:

  • Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a platform for collecting anonymous data from a site. This tool allows us to better understand how visitors interact with our site to be able to improve their experience as well as the effectiveness of the site.
  • OVH: OVH is a provider of hosting solutions through which our website functions optimally. All data we collect will be processed lawfully and honestly on secure servers. OVH holds several security certificates such as PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1 type 2 and SOC 2 type 2 attestations.

We may share personal data concerning you with our partners or service providers for the purposes listed in this privacy policy.

Your personal data is stored exclusively on our company’s PCs or Cloud servers to which only our company has the access codes.

7. Is my data protected?

ABCool Service srl has taken all possible technical and organisational measures to avoid a data breach. Our partners also meet technical and organisational security standards in order to protect your personal data in a reasonable manner, in accordance with appropriate security standards. However, we cannot guarantee that online data transmissions will be protected from intrusion, which is why we ask you to apply reasonable vigilance regarding the use of your devices and personal identifiers.

8. How long will my data be kept?

The retention period for your personal data depends on the purpose for which it was collected. This data will be kept for as long as necessary to meet the needs of the activities. For example, if you request our services, your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to respond to this request and provide you with the support, necessary materials, and communication to ensure the proper management of the relationship. If we process your personal data to meet a legal obligation, the retention period will depend on the regulatory retention obligation incumbent upon us.

If the processing of your personal data is no longer useful, this data will be irreversibly anonymised for statistical purposes only or will be permanently deleted.

    If you are not satisfied with the processing of your personal data by ABCool Service srl, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy, which becomes the Data Protection Authority from 25 May 2018 (https://www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
